===== impostare server NTP per un PDC (dominio) =====
utilizzare il fix MicrosoftEasyFix50395.msi \\
si tratta di un eseguibile scaricabile da microsoft che semplifica l'inserimento di alcuni valori nel registro di sistema. \\

===== installare lo snap-in master schema =====
eseguire a riga di comando:\\
  regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll

eseguire:\\
  mmc
 aggiungere il master schema tra gli snap-in disponibili\\

===== verificare i 5 ruoli di dominio =====
lanciare dalla powershell di Windows server 2012 eseguita come amministratore:\\
  netdom query fsmo

oppure\\
  netdom /query fsmo
===== verificare chi ha i global catalog =====
lanciare come sopra:\\
  get
-
  adforest | fl globalcatalogs

===== trasferire i 5 ruoli FSMO s =====
registrare la dll seguente:\\
  regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll
  
eseguire lo snap in\\
  mmc

menù file\\
add/remove snap-in...\\
active directory schema\\
add\\
ok\\
a questo punto abbiamo a disposizione lo strumento per gestire il trasferimento dello schema master.\\

===== ntp =====

1 - First, locate your PDC Server. Open the command prompt and type:\\

  netdom /query fsmo

2 - Log in to your PDC Server and open the command prompt. Stop the W32Time service:\\
  net stop w32time

3 - Configure the external time sources, type:\\
  w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:”0.ntp1.inrim.it, 1.ntp2.inrim.it”

4 - Make your PDC a reliable time source for the clients. Type:\\
  w32tm /config /reliable:yes

5 - Start the w32time service:\\
  net start w32time

6 - The windows time service should begin synchronizing the time. You can check the external NTP servers in the time configuration by typing:\\
  w32tm /query /configuration

7 - Check the Event Viewer for any errors.\\
